Personality:

Blue is a tranquil person, enjoy calm and serenity, with a splash of excitement every once in a while. A accomplished swimmer, and primarily water pokemon trainer, Blue is most comfortable next to the water, more so when she is in it. Although she prefers to like a peaceful lifestyle, Blue has no problems becoming firey and passionate; fighting being a key example of when this happens. Blue is fiercely protective of the people she cares about, and becomes almost obsessive when they are somewhere that isn't safe. After losing her best friend, and first love, Quartz, Blue is determined to do everything in her power to protect her friends.

History:

(Pre Academy history)

Curacao is very much a high society snob, born into socialite royalty, and very old money. She is very possessive and a bit of a collector, not having much love young in her life, she learned to hoard things she liked. Including colors, foods, people she liked, and the attention of the guy she fell in love with. This obsessive nature morphed when she got pregnant and the hoarding nature turned to protecting. Curacao was determined nothing would harm her child and nothing would corrupt her childs purity and innocence. Chamoisse, very much in love, and a laid back person, also wanting to protect his family, indulged his wives overbearing whims, never quite knowing everything his wife implemented to contain their child.
Curacao had had the windows and doors everywhere in the house electronically sealed so no one without the code or permission could enter or leave.

Blue wasn't allowed to speak to anyone other than her nursemaid. She wasn't allowed to leave her rooms, especially not to go outside. When if came time for Blue to begin her education, her mother hired a private instructor.

This instructor grew fond of Blue and her serene nature, and seeing how lonely and starved for any kind of companionship she was, began telling her stories of the world and of Pokemon. Eventually, the instructor brought her a gift, a Pokemon, it was Seel. Curacao found out about the instructors actions and was furious. She fired and banned the instructor from Blue and her families premises. Before he left, in a last act of rebellion, he gave Blue the code that would unlock the balcony doors and the windows in her room. Curacao had no idea her daughter now had a way to escape and ignored cries and pleas to bring back her instructor.

Blue was 9 years old, and had lost her only friend,

In Caracao's skewed mind, she did not see the Seel as a threat, only a new toy for her daughter that seemed loyal to her without a fault. Blue treasured her Seels companionship and named her after the instructor who had given it. His name was Snow.

Blue, deciding not to waste the opportunity that Snow gave her, began sneaking out when no one was around, or when they were asleep to experience the world outside. She eventually made friends with the beach bums and the groups of people who came from the nearby town to surf and have bonfires. Blue particularly enjoyed these times as they taught her numerous skills. How to swim, and surf, how to read the skies, seas, and predict the weather. These skills of observation transcended over into skills that allowed her to observe the mannerisms of people.

Once her mother and father began taking trips to other islands, Blue began exploring the towns farther away and eventually other islands nearby. By the time she was 14, Blue had accumulated 5 Pokemon; Seel, Staryu, Magikarp, Lapras, and Horsea. It was around her 15th birthday that her mother found out Blue had been escaping the house and was out of her mind with anger.

She attempted to take away all of her pokemon, and changed the codes to the security of the house. Blue was done with her mother and her ways. Using the help of her Pokemon and local friends, she escaped her prison of a house and ran. She wasn't sure where she was going or what she was going to do.

Eventually she began hearing whispers of Morphilles, and the people banding together to oppose them, called Deviants. She explored more into this and discovered two things. One being that her parents were offering a reward for her safe return or any information on her, and that these Deviants were actually an academy of trainers immune to the Morphille infection.

Blue developed a plan, and called her home, under the guise of having information about the poor, missing Arashi Blue. She got a hold of her father and spoke to him, explaining what she had suffered due to her mother and what Curacao had been hiding form him. He was shocked at his wives actions and pleaded for Blue to return, saying he would never again allow her to be treated in such a way. Blue refused and instead got to the point of her call.

She gave him an ultimatum. He would give permission and support her in attending the Deviant Academy, and in return she would stay in contact and visit over the holidays, or he would never hear from her again. Chamoisse agreed, saying he would do anything to amend for the way he had inadvertently allowed her to suffer, and he didn't want to lose his only daughter. They ended the call with a better relationship, and Blue left to join the Academy and fight for what she believed was right.

(All history after Blue joins the Academy is withheld at this point, because I don't know enough about how Rapture got to this point.)

Fighting Style:

Blue takes her experiences in her life thus far and plans. She observes everything her opponents do, and responds accordingly, rarely missing an opportunity to exploit their weak points once found. Blue is not one to rush in recklessly, seeing what it costs those who do, and instead is the type to take 10 minutes to make one move, after watching for most of the time.

Loyal to Blue without a fault, he follows her orders unfailingly, even if seems like a crazy idea, or a death move.

Liking to preen more than battle, when forced to, Lynne uses her charms to win over opponents before knocking them away with a powerful Hydro Pump. "Cool off, bud. You don't stand a chance."

Personality: The second half the mischievous duo on Blue's team. Though not as stubborn as Shine, Giggles will follow along if it means a good time. Not one to ignore orders, she does tend to be a bit inflexible if Blue doesn't let her have her way. She is Blue's striker pokemon; getting in fast, hitting hard, and getting out.
